MVCAC Legislative Day 2023 will take place on March 21st and will be in person. Just like last year, agencies will schedule their own meetings with the legislators or staff. Participating agencies are asked to keep their schedule as open as possible for this day. The process is as follows:

1) Lead Agency Signup: If you are an agency in the legislator's district, you can sign up as the lead agency.  You will be responsible for scheduling the meeting and communicating with the legislator's staff. Please try to coordinate with other attending districts.

2) Attending Agency Signup: If the Lead Agency position is already filled in, please communicate with the designated person to participate in the meeting. 

3) Legislative Day Training:  A virtual training session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 @ 12 p.m. for those who have not participated in an in-person Leg Day before or want to learn more about this year's priority issues. We will also review the materials and high-level information during breakfast on the morning of Leg Day (March 21) at the Holiday Inn.
