Microphone Issues

1. Make sure the sound isn't muted:

   • At the bottom right, select the time.

   • Adjust the volume using the slider.

2. Make sure the microphone is plugged in correctly and there is no dirt in the plug:

3. Restart or Hard Reset your Chromebook.

If the suggestions above do not fix your issue/s please complete the Student Device Incident Reporting Form to have your device repaired.
