If the camera in the Chromebook isn't working, or if you see a message that says "No camera found" :

Try using the camera in another app.
If it works in that app follow the steps on the Restarting and Re Setting a Chromebook page.
If the suggestions above do not fix your issue/s please complete the Student Device Incident Reporting Form to have your device repaired.
