Fall Athletics

• Cross Country 

  • There will be voluntary workouts at Walsh park. 

  • Mandatory practices begin 8/1/2026

• Football 

  •  Lifting and Conditioning will begin on 7/6/26 at Ross H. S. 8-9:30.  This will be every Monday and Wednesday in July.  

  • Conditioning 5-7 at the Stadium 7/26-7/30 .

  • Mandatory practice begins 8/3/26 at 3-5 at the practice fields.

• Volleyball Tryouts 8/1/2025

  • Volleyball Camp @ Ross 6/15/26 6-8 pm

  • Conditioning and Open Gym will begin on 6/22/26 8-10 at FMS

  • Tryouts will begin on Saturday 8/1/26 at FMS 2-5:30
