• •  Lifting and Conditioning will begin on 7/1/25 at Ross H. S. 8-9:30.  This will be every Tuesday and Friday in July.

• • Conditioning and Open Gym will begin on 6/5/25 at FMS 9-10:30.  Dates in June 6/5, 6/9, 6/11, 6/17, 6/19, 6/23, & 6/25.   Dates in July 7/8-710, 7/16, 7/18, 7/21-7/25, & 7/28-7/31  Any questions contact coach Minor at minors@fremontschools.net or Coach Robinson at robinsonb@fremontschools.net

• Cheer Tryouts

  • Season Start     7/14/2025 Mandatory practice begins at  8-10 at the Ross track.

Winter Athletics

• Girls Basketball Tryouts  Monday October 28th 4:30-6 & Tuesday October 29th 4:30-6. 

  • • • • 7th & 8th grade Open gym begins TBA for Athletes not in a Fall sport.  For Fall sport athletes Monday October 13th TBA

• Boys Basketball Tryouts

• 7th grade boys basketball tryouts will be Friday October 31st  2:45-4:30, Saturday November.  

  • • • • 7th grade Open gym begins at FMS on TBA

• 8th grade boys tryouts will be November 31st  from 6-7:30 and November 1st 8-9:30 am.

• Boys and Girls Wrestling

• Boys wrestling will begin on November 14th in the wrestling room.  2:45-5.
