Scholarship Document List of available scholarships broken down by due date

Multi-Activity Scholarship The scholarship recognizes high school students who participate in at least three NSAA-sanctioned activities during the academic year. Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State will each select one scholarship recipient from each grade level (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors) from the eligible Multi-Activity Award recipients who submit a scholarship application by May 1. The $1,000 scholarships are awarded to attend Chadron, Peru, or Wayne State Colleges.

How to Register for the ACT (Includes testing dates, test prep, scoring information, and ACT waivers)

TIA (Test Information Release)  (Provides students with a digital copy of the multiple-choice test questions, your answers, a copy of your answer document, the answer key, and the conversion table used in determining your ACT scores. If you took the optional writing test, you will receive a copy of the writing prompt, the writing test scoring rubric, and your essay scores.)

Seniors are allowed 4 total days to go on college visits, which can be done during junior &/or senior year. 

**College Visit Form must be completed & returned to Mrs. Alexander at least 2 days in advance

JUNIORS

**School Testing Date is April 8th from 8:00 am- 2:00 pm @ the Adams Community Building 

**Make-Up Testing Date is April 22nd from 8:00 am- 2:00 pm @ the Adams Community Building
