The top of the middle of the tongue is raised toward the palate, with the tip of the tongue pointing down toward the lower teeth, and the sides of the tongue touching the upper teeth in the back of the mouth. The voiced airstream is released over the top of the tongue. Lip rounding may be present. To tell if the sound made is "voiced", place your hand on the throat lightly and feel for a vibration.
