I’ve got 10 years’ of experience designing and hosting events, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and presenting videos for some of the biggest brands in the UK and around the world.
I bring something different to your event or workshop. My dry, self-deprecating style endears me to most audiences (not my therapist). Couple that with my subject matter expertise in sales, leadership, and strategy, and you get an effective, engaging, and memorable event. I’m also a “thought leader” in HR, People Experience, human behaviours, and the future of work.
For all the Toby you can handle, you can book me for in-person events, and I’ll be there with bells on. Alternatively, you can opt for a very small but crystal-clear version of me to host your digital events. My home studio allows for high-end production, a professional backdrop, and, occasionally, some LEGO builds.
Want to talk? Ask me about my time as a stand-up comic (clearly that went well), or my passion for wrestling other human beings in a ring. I’d love to say these things have helped me hone my audience engagement skills, made me fearless, developed my understanding of body language, and helped me learn to create memorable experiences for audiences... but honestly, they’re just really good fun.

Originally tasked with hosting, it became evident that I could support in other ways. Within two weeks, I developed and hosted the game show from end to end. By engaging with Kellanova’s senior stakeholders, we were able to integrate key messages and priorities. I crafted an unconventional experience – (think blindfolded hands in snack-filled boxes, and rapid-fire assembly of a strategy puzzle and… Twilight?) – and collaborated with the incredibly talented production team Conference Services to bring the game show to life.
Presented and designed live streamed events for the annual Graduate Induction event (600 participants) and the bi-weekly induction event for Non-Graduate Hires (100 participants). This included game shows, panels, fireside chats, and work-based simulations.
Hosted and designed product training roadshows, delivering events 3 x per week over 2 months across the country. Opening and closing events, running ice-breakers, energising the crowd.
As an Apple Certified Trainer, I designed and delivered roadshow sessions that ran multiple times daily for 3 weeks across the United Kingdom.
