Don't forget to bring your ID (spouse if applicable). We not only need to validate your Identity, but we are required to keep a copy on file.
Routing & Account number for direct deposit (we would prefer to have a voided check) or sometime the bank can provide you a print out with this information on it.
If you are new to us we will need to see the Social Security Card for each individual being claimed on your tax return.
A prior year return is helpful. We use it as a guide to compare your current year & confirm we have everything need to complete the most accurate filing.
Copy of Death certificate if you are filing for someone who has recently passed. If you are someone other the surviving spouse we will need to see the court document(s) naming you as executive.
If you are claiming a dependent(s) under a shared custody agreement (filed with the courts), please bring said agreement along with you. If your agreement proceeds July 2, 2008 a signed form 8332 from the custodial parent may be needed.
