Using the Built-in Translation Feature in Microsoft Word:
Open your Word document: Make sure you have the document you want to translate open in Microsoft Word.
Go to the Review Tab: Click on the "Review" tab in the ribbon.
Click Translate: Find the "Translate" button and click on it.
Select "Translate Document": Choose "Translate Document" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the Target Language: Select the language you want to translate the document into.
Click Translate: Click the "Translate" button to initiate the translation process.
View the Translated Document: A copy of the translated document will open in a new window.
