Standards Based Grading

The Standards Based Grading system will be used in both 5th and 6th grade in place of the traditional letter grading scale (A, B, C, etc.). This grading system will be thoroughly explained to students, and will be explained to parents in more depth on Back-to-School Night. Please use the chart below as a reference, as needed, to monitor your child's progress toward mastery of a specific skill on both individual assignments and progress reports/report cards.
