About Mrs. Leary

My name is Lindsey Leary and this is my 18th year teaching at Main Road School! I was a third grade teacher for 5 years, a fourth grade teacher for 6 years, and this is my 8th year as a reading interventionist. I absolutely love doing what I do! Working with students to help them reach their goals as readers brings me so much joy! My goal for your child is to allow them to see the potential they have as readers. I want my students to fall in love with reading and be proud of themselves as they achieve the goals they work so hard towards.

When I am not at Main Road, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am happily married to my husband, Jim. We have two children, Mia (12) and Andrew (9). We also have a miniature golden doodle, Nala. As a family we enjoy watching movies, playing games and going to the beach. Sitting on the beach with a good book is my ideal day!
