This week we are assessing the students' ability to make and support inferences drawn from texts. Students will also be writing a persuasive argument using the "Declaration of the Rights of a Child." We will be discussing which of these rights have been denied to different individuals and which of the rights is most important. Each student will have to formulate a list of the three most important and then support it in writing.
