December Student of the Month

Team 6A

Ashley Gonzalez Nieto

Ashley is a joy to have in class. Although she is quiet and composed, she takes an active role in her group. As an Honor student, Ashley turns in all of her classwork and takes pride in all that she does. Ashley can be depended on working independently, coming to class prepared to learn, and listening carefully. Ashley is a pleasure to teach and a true joy to have as a student in class.

Bryce Sutton

Bryce is a phenomenal student. He is one of the most organized and hard working students. Bryce often finishes assignments ahead of time, and gladly does extra work to further his understanding of the material. Creativity, originality, and writing are all strong suits of his. Bryce is always willing to offer his support to classmates and teachers alike. He manages to balance all of his school work along with his cross country training. As a student, Bryce is an ideal example of success, and a true inspiration for his classmates

Team 6B

Naomi Curiel Lopez

Naomi has shown to be an excellent candidate for 6B’s Student of the Month for December. She is a hard worker and exemplifies the PBSIS Expectations of being respectful, being safe, being accountable, and having integrity. Naomi always put 100% of her effort into everything that she does, and has, and continually, earns exceptional grades. Congratulations to Naomi!

David Ojeda Medel

David is a hardworking student who is always willing to listen to the teacher’s instructions and try new learning strategies. He always puts maximum effort into all his assignments, and reaches out to teachers when he needs feedback to do his best. In addition, his kind and friendly personality make him a joy to have in the classroom. Congratulations to David!

Team 7A

Isaiah Mosely-Aviles

Isaiah is a motivated student who is hardworking and diligent. He is always participating in class and is willing to help other students in the class. Isaiah is an example of a class leader. He always has a positive attitude and strives to be the best person that he can be.

Leslie Aparicio-Crespo

Leslie has shown positive improvement throughout the school year. She has shown leadership and what an active classroom participant looks like. She has been consistent with completion of her assignments and has made the effort to improve her grades. She comes into class with a positive attitude and a smile on her face, ready to work everyday.

Team 7B

Mymuna Rahman

Mymuna is a hard working student that demonstrates the characteristics of a true leader. Mymuna always strives to do the best she can in her academics and her own personal growth. She attends and participates in many school activities such as a math competition. She always works hard to represent our school. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help her peers. Wherever she goes she has shares great relationships with her peers and teachers. Her work ethnic and character is a reflection of herself and for her bright future success. We are truly lucky to have such a great student like Mymuna.

Ikenna Chiemelu

Ikenna Jesse Chiemelu excels in academics and behavior on a regular basis. In class he shares his ideas with others, and listens closely to his peers. He has the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ikenna is a leader role model in team 7B as he models a positive attitude and great effort in his classes. He brightens our day with a friendly smile and with kindness and respect. Ikenna goes above and beyond by using his time well and offering help without being asked.

Elizabeth Ramsammy

Elizabeth has displayed a high level of respect, organization, and responsibility. Elizabeth is an amazing student who exhibits a high level of work and is always trying to improve herself. She challenges herself on a daily basis!

Xavier Henderson

Xavier is an amazingly polite students who strives to work harder. He is a determined student who pushes himself in order to make himself a better overall students.

Team 8B

Leilani Mettle

Leilani is a light! She is determined, motivated, and intent on being the best version of herself that she can be. Leilani is a kind young woman who is always willing to offer a helping hand to her peers, whether they are friends or not. She is also a star student academically making her teachers and family incredibly proud! Her friendly demeanor coupled with her determination to learn makes her the ideal candidate for student of the month!

Adani Nunez

Adani is a motivated student who is hardworking and extremely thorough with his assignments. He shows respect to his teachers and peers. Adani is not afraid to ask questions when he needs assistance and he is always willing to help other students in the class. He always has a positive attitude and strives to be the best person that he can be.
