Student Logins
School Email/Login Password Reset for Known Current Password
Watch the video to reset your password if you know your current password. Please use a passphrase for your password. It does not need to contain uppercase, numbers, or special characters. It can contain spaces but not required. The only requirement is 8 characters and cannot be one you have used in the past.
School Owned Chromebooks
If a student has a school owned Chromebook, they will login with their school email address. It will be firstname.lastname@stu.frankfort.kyschools.us, they should know their password. If not:
9-12th grade contact: arlene.crabtree@frankfort.kyschools.us
K-8th grade contact: sam.sams@frankfort.kyschools.us
***Please understand before I make the changes, I will need to verify your relationship to the student(s) prior to replying so please include your name (as listed in Infinite Campus) and the students name (as listed in Infinite Campus). If you are not listed in Infinite Campus, I will have to refer to the Administrators of your school to make arrangements for your request.
Personal Devices
If a student is on a personal device, they will need to be logged in to Google with their school email account. If they are logged in to the same device (Windows, Mac, or another Chromebook/tablet) with a personal GMail account, they will need to remove that account temporarily so it does not interfere with the school permissions.
Multiple students have been denied access due to having a personal GMail account associated with their device. There are known issues with this. By removing the personal GMail account, you will not lose anything and can re-add the personal account when you are finished working with the school account.
