Contributions to research
I contribute to research, for example through platforms and research communities such as Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, McKinsey Global Survey Panel, Café Scientifique Zürich, Goodreads, Amazon, and StoryGraph. My work helps sharpen thinking, improve relevance, and translate ideas into actionable outcomes. At the core of my contribution is a consistent practice of reading, reflecting, and synthesizing knowledge. I distill complex concepts from research, literature, and professional experience into clear insights that inform strategy, leadership, innovation, and organizational development. Through these contributions, I support the development of ideas, content, and research that are both intellectually rigorous and practically relevant.
This is what I offer:
Content feedback: Review of articles, books, and research concepts with a focus on clarity, relevance, and practical application
Cross-disciplinary insight: Connecting perspectives across strategy, leadership, technology, organization, healthcare, and education
Synthesis and reflection: Turning complex material into concise, usable insights
Practice-based perspective: Integrating experience from coaching, conflict resolution, and real-world organizational work
The service is offered in German, English, and French.

Life coaching
Life coaching is an opportunity for you to focus on what really matters to you. The goal of life coaching is to help you understand yourself well enough to create a life that feels truly your own. In our sessions, we look at different parts of your life to help you understand yourself better:
What interests you, what you are good at, and what is important to you
How you think, feel, and act in different situations
What you need to feel well
How you make decisions and deal with challenges you experience in your life
We also include areas that are often overlooked but very important:
What gives you energy, how well you sleep and what kind of movement feels good for you
What food you enjoy and what food supports your well-being
How you plan your life, organize your tasks, and create space for what matters to you
How you connect with people, communicate, and build trust
How you give and receive love to and from a partner, friends, and colleagues
How you guide others, whether as a parent and/or in other leadership roles
How you make time for and express what gives you a sense of purpose
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English and Danish.

Walk & Talks
I offer Walk & Talks that combine physical activity with reflective dialogue. Why do people find this useful? One reason is that movement creates momentum in the body as well as in the mind. Natural environments calm the nervous system and support mental clarity. In addition, side-by-side conversations feel relaxed, open, and honest. Reflection becomes easier, and insights emerge more naturally. People often experience that topics such as personal challenges, relationships, and decision-making become clearer when moving. Each session is a combination of activity and dialogue, adapted to your preferences. 3 examples:
Walk & Talk in parks, forests, or along the water
Swim & Talk with conversation before and/or after the swim
Tennis & Talk, combining focused play and exchange
These active partnerships also respond to a deeper need: connection. They offer a space to think out loud, to be heard, and to engage in meaningful exchange - without pressure. At the same time, integration of tools like Strava and Garmin can add motivation, track progress, and even create tangible rewards or contributions to meaningful causes.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, Danish and French.

Conflict consulting
To support you in resolving a conflict, I offer a space where you can speak freely and feel heard. Together, we work on bringing clarity to what you are experiencing and how you see the situation. What shows up on the surface - such as frustration, tension, or distance - often points to something deeper. In a first step, we gently explore what is actually happening. This often already brings a sense of relief and orientation. From there, we turn toward emotions and underlying needs. Emotions are valuable signals and important information. I support you in expressing them in a way that creates insight and strengthens your ability to communicate - whether or not the other person is present. This helps you better understand what truly matters to you, and what might matter to the other person as well. As this understanding grows, we begin to look ahead.
Together, we develop possible ways forward that feel realistic and aligned with your values. This may include finding new ways of relating to the other person. Step by step, we translate these ideas into clear goals that give you direction and confidence. Throughout the process, I remain neutral and present. My role is to offer structure, care, and a space in which you can reflect and sort things out. Even when a conflict feels challenging, it holds potential for positive change. With the right support, it can become a starting point for greater clarity, inner stability, and better relationships.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English and Danish.

Individualized learning support for children
I offer individualized learning support for children who attend kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school. Working one-on-one with children, I create a space where students feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. Together, we do homework. Why is this useful? I help students understand what they are learning, build confidence in their abilities, and develop a sense of ownership for their own progress. Along the way, we strengthen learning habits, foster curiosity, and cultivate a positive attitude toward learning. We prepare for tests and reflect together on test results to improve learning strategies. I also integrate digital tools and simple learning resources - such as interactive exercises, videos, and age-appropriate AI applications.
I see my teaching role as a meaningful complement to classroom teachers. As classroom teachers increasingly focus on facilitating discussions, debates, projects, problem-based learning, and on developing critical thinking, creativity, and social skills, I reinforce their work by closing learning gaps, clarifying concepts, and providing the individual attention that classes cannot always offer. I also mentor children on how to use AI responsibly - helping them become thoughtful, self-directed learners who use technology as a tool. Learning sessions take place either at the student’s home or online, for example via Google Meet. Most of the families I work with are based in the Canton of Zürich in Switzerland.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English and French.

Digital coach and AI trainer for elderly people
Through practical, one-on-one support and simple step-by-step explanations, I help older adults in using digital tools such as computers, smartphones, tablets as well as websites and apps. Thereby, they have an easier and safer life and achieve greater independence. Whether it involves using a smartphone, staying in touch with friends and/or family members through video calls, or using online services, I create a calm and supportive learning environment - working with the individual person at a pace that suits him or her. My approach combines pedagogical expertise with coaching experience. Each session is tailored to the person - taking into account their goals, prior knowledge, and preferred ways of learning. This work goes beyond technology. It is about strengthening independence and building confidence in a world were digital tools play an increasingly stronger role.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English and Danish.

Music-supported care
I offer music-supported care that strengthens well-being, connection, and expression across both physical and digital spaces. Through the karaoke platform Smule, I collaborate in duets with singers from around the world, creating moments of shared presence that transcend distance. Complementing this, I produce and share nature videos on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, combining calming visual impressions with carefully selected music. These videos are designed as gentle therapeutic impulses - inviting relaxation, emotional resonance, and a sense of inner balance. My approach is further shaped by my participation in Open Space Voice events at the Zürich Opera House, where people of all ages come together in a open-minded, safe and inclusive environment. These sessions encourage exploration of the voice without pressure to perform. Through vocal expression, movement, breathing techniques, and holistic bodywork, participants experience not only creativity but also tangible benefits for their physical and emotional well-being.
In addition, I sometimes, together with a friend, bring music directly to people in care and health centers, singing and playing guitar for elderly residents, including individuals living with dementia. These encounters are deeply meaningful. Familiar songs can awaken memories, spark joy, and create moments of connection that go far beyond words. Music helps people feel present, engaged, and connected - to themselves and to others. It can uplift mood, encourage social interaction, and enrich everyday life, while also gently supporting movement, coordination, and physical vitality. Across all these contexts, I experience music as a powerful therapeutic medium - one that nurtures mind, body, and human connection in a simple yet profound way.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, French, Danish - and sometimes without words.
