Hello and welcome,
I am Frank
Work via digital platforms
Conflict consulting
I help you resolve conflicts so you can gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence.
Even when a conflict feels challenging, it holds potential for positive change. With the right support, a conflict can become a starting point for greater clarity, inner stability, better relationships, and new possibilities. To support you in resolving a conflict, I offer you an opportunity for a conversation in a protected, confidential and neutral setting. In a first step, we explore together what is going on and how you understand the situation. From there, we turn toward emotions and needs, helping you recognize what truly matters to you. As this understanding grows, we begin to look ahead. Together, we develop ideas and translate them step by step into clear, actionable goals that give you direction and confidence. This may include doing some things more - and letting go of others. Throughout the process, I remain neutral, present, and committed to supporting your progress.

Coaching
I help people gain clarity so they can make better decisions. Together, we translate self-awareness into concrete choices that improve your performance, impact, and well-being. In our work, we explore questions such as:
What are your strengths – and how can you use them more intentionally?
What do you like to do, and where does that show up in your life and work?
What are your most important personal values, and how do they guide choices you make in life?
What emotions do you feel in conflicts you have? How do you respond – and how would you like to respond?
How do you stay healthy? What do you eat? How do you sleep? How do you strengthen your body?
How do you make decisions? How could you make decisions with more confidence and less inner noise?
How do you plan your time, organize your tasks, and create space for what matters most?
How do you connect and communicate with others – at work, at home, and in between?
How do you give and receive care in relationships, friendships, and professional contexts?
How do you lead in different situations – as a parent, in education, or as a formal leader?
How do you make time for, and express, your deeper purpose?
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English and Danish.

Feedback
Through user feedback, I help organizations uncover blind spots as well as deliver better digital platforms, products and services. Through my feedback I connect user experience with strategic and organizational thinking. I deliver concrete insights that help organizations get better. Examples of digital platforms through which I provide feedback are bikeable, COOP, Google Maps, Lufthansa CoCreation Hub, Migros and SBB Kundenstimme. My work brings an external, user-based perspective into strategic discussions. This enables organizations to see themselves more clearly and align strategy more closely with what creates value for users. I help organizations make their offerings more relevant to needs users have. In my feedback, I focus on strengthening what is already there while opening new pathways for improvement.
This is how I create value for organizations:
I observe what is happening and find out what matter for users
I identify where attention is needed to create more value for users. In this regard, I uncover blind spots, overlooked dynamics, and areas of strategic and/or operational misalignment
I translate insights into clear recommendations for businesses
I provide grounded feedback based on actual use and experience. In this regard, I identify small, focused changes that can create significant impact and unlock value creation.
I offer targeted questions that support reflection and decision-making
I highlight strengths and what works well.
My goal is to turn everyday user experiences into useful insights that help organizations learn, adapt, and deliver greater value.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, French, and Danish.

Crowdfunding and crowdsourcing contributor
I help crowdfund and co-create initiatives that create meaningful impact. My crowdfunding journey began in 1999, when I joined a community-driven fundraising campaign in Aarhus, Denmark. The innovative campaign was initiated by graduates of the Kaospilot school to support refugees from the former Yugoslavia. Together, we raised more than DKK 1 million. This experience became a defining moment for me - a powerful lesson in initiative, collective action, and social responsibility, as well as the potential of engaged communities to create real change.
Three other concrete examples:
# 1. Through the digital platform EcoMatcher I contribute to projects that finance the planting of trees around the world - restoring ecosystems, and financially strengthening smallholder farmers, and contributing to climate resilience. What resonates with me here is the transparency and the impact, allowing crowdfunders to stay connected to the outcomes of their support.
# 2. I helped crowdfund the music initiative The Lost Birds, a project that stood out for its participatory approach. Crowdfunders were invited to contribute to the creative process through live feedback sessions - thereby transforming crowdfunders into co-creators.
# 3. I helped crowdfund and co-create the book project Augmented Collaboration. What began as a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter evolved into an ongoing co-creation process using platforms such as Miro and Zoom. Crowdfunders were invited to give feedback to draft versions throughout the development of the book.
Walk & Talks
Walking is not just a way to get from A to B. It is a powerful catalyst for clearer thinking, emotional balance, and better decisions. In my Walk & Talk sessions, we use movement as an active part of the coaching process. As we walk together in natural settings - parks, forests, or along the water - gentle, rhythmic movement increases blood flow and oxygen to the brain. This boosts mental clarity, reduces stress, and helps you access new perspectives more easily. The steady pace creates a natural rhythm for reflection, making it easier to untangle complex thoughts and emotions. Walking side by side also reduces the intensity of face-to-face conversation, which often makes it easier to speak openly about personal challenges, relationships, or important decisions. The combination of nature, movement, and dialogue creates a calm, confidential space where you can think more freely and move forward with greater confidence. Each session is tailored to your needs, with the pace, route, and focus adjusted so that movement directly supports your goals.

Individualized learning support for children
I help children and students build effective learning habits so they can succeed in school and develop a positive relationship with learning.
In one-on-one sessions, I provide individualized support for children in kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school. Together, we work through homework, prepare for tests, and reflect on results to strengthen understanding and progress. My approach encourages curiosity and a constructive attitude toward learning. I also integrate digital tools and age-appropriate AI applications in a responsible way to support skill development and independent thinking. Sessions take place either at the student’s home or online - offering flexibility alongside a focused and supportive learning environment.

Digital coach and AI trainer for elderly people
I help older adults use digital tools with confidence so they can live more independently, stay connected with their friends, and navigate everyday life safely.
Through practical, one-on-one support in a calm and supportive learning environment, I help older adults use computers, smartphones, tablets, websites, and apps. Each session is tailored to the individual’s goals, prior experience, and preferred pace. Beyond technical skills, the focus is on building confidence and strengthening independence in a world where digital tools are increasingly essential.

Music-supported care
I provide music-supported care in a variety of ways. Three examples:
# 1: I create and share nature videos on YouTube and TikTok. Designing the nature videos I work in combining calming visual impressions with calm music to help users experience relaxing moments.
# 2: Through the karaoke platform Smule, I collaborate in duets with singers from around the world. My preferred vocal range is at the baritone voice level, which lies between the bass and tenor ranges.
# 3: With a friend of mine, who also plays the guitar, I occasionally visit health centers to play as well as sing for and with elderly residents - including people who live with dementia. The events have become heartwarming gatherings where music sparks smiles, tears and conversations about experiences in life.
The service is offered in English and Italian - and often without words.

Nourishing moments of presence
For several years, I have enjoyed baking bread, cakes, and fruit pies, making fruit jam and elderberry juice, and growing fresh vegetables and herbs on the balcony. In a fast-moving world, these practices help create small moments of joy and presence. Even on a small scale, I experience that self-grown produce and self-made food matter: They help reduce food miles, avoid plastic packaging, and support biodiversity. The fine aroma of freshly baked bread can turn ordinary moments into nourishing experiences that engage the senses and slow the pace - inviting people to arrive fully and connect more deeply. Watching a seed become a plant, or dough rise into bread, reminds us that patience and attention yield something real and nourishing. The act of sharing food creates, in my experience, a grounded, sensory-rich setting for connection - ideal for enabling reflection and helping creative thinking find room to breathe.
