Hello and welcome

Conflict consulting
I help you resolve conflicts so you can gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence.
Even when a conflict feels challenging, it holds potential for positive change. With the right support, a conflict can become a starting point for greater clarity, inner stability, better relationships, and new possibilities. To support you in resolving a conflict, I offer a space where you can speak freely and feel heard. In a first step, we explore together what is going on and how you understand the situation. From there, we turn toward emotions and needs, helping you recognize what truly matters to you. As this understanding grows, we begin to look ahead. Together, we develop ideas and translate them step by step into clear, actionable goals that give you direction and confidence. This may include doing some things more - and letting go of others. Throughout the process, I remain neutral, present, and committed to supporting your progress.

Crowdfunding and crowdsourcing contributor
Through crowdfunding and crowdsourcing, I support initiatives, which people take, in order to create meaningful impact.
My work focuses on strengthening efforts where collective engagement becomes a powerful force for positive change. My journey in this field began in 1999 in Aarhus, Denmark, where I joined a community-driven fundraising campaign initiated by graduates of the Kaospilot school. The initiative aimed to support refugees from the former Yugoslavia. Together, we raised more than DKK 1 million. Since this initiative of shared responsibility, I have continued to engage in crowdfunding and crowdsourcing aligned with my values. Through EcoMatcher, I contribute to projects that finance global tree-planting efforts - restoring ecosystems while strengthening local economies by enabling farmers to thrive. I am particularly interested in initiatives that redefine the relationship between contributors and creators. In the music project “The Lost Birds,” for example, contributors were invited into the creative process through live feedback sessions. Similarly, the book project Augmented Collaboration, which began as a crowdfunding campaign through Kickstarter, evolved into an ongoing co-creation process where crowdfunding contributors continuously shared feedback to book chapters using platforms like Miro and Zoom.
Career mentoring
I help people at different career stages align their strengths with real market needs so they can create value for others.
I work with young people, who are at the beginning of their careers, adults who are navigating transitions in their work lives and personal lives, as well as experienced indiduals, who want to contribute beyond retirement. Together, we connect personal strengths, interests, and experiences with evolving user and market needs, identifying where demand, investment, and opportunity intersect. My approach combines reflection with practical insight, drawing on real-world experience to translate learning into clear next steps. The process is grounded in dialogue, structured thinking, and actionable guidance that supports sustainable career development and meaningful contribution. Examples of areas we work on:
Identifying market needs, investment trends, and opportunities across industries
Clarifying your strengths and interests
Defining and communicating your value in a clear and convincing way
Using AI to improve your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and cover letters so they are value creating
Refining your LinkedIn profile and overall online presence to reflect both authenticity and market relevance
The service is offered in Swiss German, German and English.

What you are good at, what interests you and what is important to you
How you think, feel, and act in different situations
What you need in order to feel well
How you make decisions and deal with challenges you experience in your life
What gives you energy, how well you sleep and what kind of movement feels good for you
What food you enjoy and what food supports your well-being
How you plan your life, organize your tasks, and create space for what matters to you
How you connect with people, communicate, and build trust

Walk & Talks
I help people gain clarity on complex questions through movement and structured reflection so they can make better decisions in life. Through Walk & Talks, I integrate physical activity with high-quality dialogue in natural settings such as parks, forest and/or along the water. Movement helps increase energy and sharpens thinking, while side-by-side conversation creates a calm, confidential space for open exchange of experiences, questions and/or ideas. This format is particularly effective for working through personal challenges, relationships, and decisions. Walk and Talk sessions are tailored to individual needs and can be complemented by tools such as Strava or Garmin to make progress visible.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, French and Danish.

Individualized learning support for children
I provide individualized learning support for children so they can engage positively with their education and move forward independently. In one-on-one sessions, I provide individualized learning support for children in kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school. Together, we work through homework, prepare for tests in school and reflect on test results. My approach strengthens curiosity and a constructive attitude toward learning. I integrate digital tools and age-appropriate AI applications to strengthen learning in a responsible way. Sessions take place either at the student’s home and/or online - offering flexibility and a focused, supportive environment.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, French and Danish.

Digital coach and AI trainer for elderly people
I help older adults use digital tools with confidence so they can live more independently, stay connected, and navigate everyday life safely. Through practical, one-on-one support, I guide the use of computers, smartphones, tablets, websites, and apps in a calm and supportive learning environment. Each session is tailored to the individual’s goals, prior experience, and preferred pace. Beyond technical skills, the focus is on building confidence and strengthening independence in a world where digital tools are increasingly essential.

Music-supported care
I offer music-supported care that strengthens well-being, connection, and expression across both physical and digital spaces. Through the karaoke platform Smule, I collaborate in duets with singers from around the world. Complementing this, I produce and share nature videos on platforms such as YouTube - combining calming visual impressions with carefully selected music. These videos are designed to help users relax and find inner peace. My approach is influenced by my participation in Open Space Voice sessions, where people of all ages gather in an open-minded and safe environment. Through the interplay of physical movement, rhythm, piano music, conscious breathing, and holistic bodywork, participants improve their voices and strengthen both their physical and emotional well‑being. Together with a friend, I sometimes also bring music directly to people in care and health centers, singing and playing guitar for elderly residents, including individuals living with dementia. Across all these contexts, I experience music as a powerful therapeutic medium - one that nurtures mind, body, and human connection in a simple yet profound way.
The service is offered in Swiss German, German, English, French, Danish - and sometimes without words.
