Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is by appointment only and is available from October 1st until April 1st yearly. All financial assistance interviews will be held at the Dorothy Day Outreach Center. To set up an appointment please call 814-472-3347 ext. 1 .

Clients are asked to bring:

1. Photo ID for everyone over 18
2. SS Cards for everyone in household
3. All household bills
4. Proof of income for everyone over 18
5. Any shut-off notices received
6. All denial letters if turned down for anything
