Click HERE for an updated version of the 2023-2024 Local Scholarship Application Form. A COPY OF THE SAR FROM YOUR FAFSA IS REQUIRED FOR THIS APPLICATION. You do not need to fill out a Transcript Request Form for the Local Scholarship Application - please send Ms. Dill an email requesting a copy of your transcript you will attach to your application before submitting.

DAVID & MARTHA  HEIN AGRICULTURE SCHOLARSHIP: This annual scholarship  is  awarded  to  a  Farmington  High  School  student  interested  in  pursuing  agriculture, or  a  related  field (environmental science, horticulture, animal science, business), as a career. $1,000 Award




JANET FANTOZZI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP: Presented by The Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra. The recipient must be pursuing music as a major in college, with a preference to music education. $250.00 Award 


POLISH AMERICAN BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP: $1,000.00 AWARD High school seniors who will be entering a two year or four year college or university. Applications are available in the counseling office. Application deadline: 5/15/24

 

UNIONVILLE LIONS CLUB/BUTEAU MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS: (APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE COUNSELING OFFICE) Graduating seniors of the town of Farmington.  Primary emphasis is on financial need.  Variable Awards. Renewable. 


UNIONVILLE LIONS CLUB RALPH H. TALLMADGE SCHOLARSHIP Vocational/Technical/Trades Scholarship: Established by the Unionville Lions Club in the memory of Ralph H. Tallmadge to encourage a deserving high school graduate to continue his/her education at a  trade/technical school or program.
