1. Uniform Policy – Updated

   • The uniform policy has been updated to include new items available through ICO, including maternity wear. The new ICO Lookbook is attached and can also be accessed on My Hub.

2. Authorization on Expenditures – Updated

   • This policy now includes revised expenditure approval limits for specific individuals within the company.

3. Compliance with Building Inspections – Updated

   • The monthly Building Inspection Checklist is now available on Happy Co and must be completed digitally instead of on paper.

4. Death in Unit Policy – New

   • This new policy provides guidelines on handling such situations and entering relevant dates into Yardi.

5. Happy Co Policy – Updated

   • The policy now clarifies the responsibilities of Regional Managers regarding Happy Co inspections.

6. Monthly Reporting Policy – Updated

   • This update outlines the deadlines for variance report submissions.

7. Photography Policy – New

   • This new policy assigns managers the responsibility of ordering photos and provides instructions on the process.

8. Pricing and Availability RevIQ (Marketing) – New

   • This new policy establishes a pricing workflow and troubleshooting guidelines for daily marketing-related pricing adjustments.
