We started compiling a Google site (not unlike this one) with our policies for this period of working from home.

The topics it covers are:

• Your At Home Set Up

  • Everything about the physical environment of the home set-up

• Internal Communication

  • When to use different channels, how to keep internal meetings on schedule, who to update on what...

• External Communication

  • How we’ll manage inbound calls

  • Communicating about our coronavirus response with clients

• Some New Things

  • Plans for nice things to keep some of our lovely culture from afar, and a request for people to contribute ideas

• Self-Care

  • A place to share ideas about looking after ourselves heart, body and soul through this crazy time

It’s very internally focused, with in-jokes and silliness, so we won’t share it here.

We’ll be adding to it as we go along, and use it as the main hub for policies relating to this period.
