This unprecedented time brings a lot of unknowns for all of us. From the beginning of March we started getting things in place at Fountain to adapt quickly if the UK were to become more severely affected by the coronavirus - and sadly those plans are now being put into action.
I’ve been sharing some of the measures Fountain has been taking with fellow leaders in our business community, and thought this could also be helpful to our clients.
Marketing
We’re doing A LOT of work behind the scenes on marketing strategy - but at present it’s too client-specific to share on this site.
For now, you’ll find some research about marketing in a downturn, and we’ll add top-level strategy ideas soon.
Remote Working
In this section I have outlined the actions we've taken in order to implement a Work From Home policy, which are in full effect from 17th March.

For those of you who don’t know much about us, Fountain is a digital marketing agency based in Norwich, UK. We have been in business for 11 years and have a team of 37 wonderful people here in the UK, and 2 in Canada.
Before getting started I want to acknowledge that we know we are incredibly lucky that all our work is done online. While we have a lot of internal collaboration and regular client meetings, we are not dependent on a workforce being physically present to deliver our services - I know a lot of the measures below would be harder or different if that were not the case.
