Service Learning Sites
Mrs. Staton is the district's Gifted Specialist and she works with students in grades 5-8, which are housed in two different buildings. Both sets of students have had the opportunity to collaborate in small groups to create Google Sites for the charity of their choice. Military and veterans-based organizations are a huge favorite among students, as well as our local Ronald McDonald House, animal causes of all sorts, senior citizens, and many more!

The Intermediate School STEM teacher, Mrs. Grieshop, and I collaborate often and this project was a doubly collaborative effort: she and I collaborated on the creation and introduction of the project while her students collaborated on creating the actual escape rooms.
