Opportunities for collaboration never stop. Yes, I used the word "never"! If we open our eyes and ears and recognize when a door is opening, we will forever be blessed with collaborative experiences. Here are examples of my current collaborative projects.
How many times have you been asked to lead a professional learning session, launch a new tool or process, or present information just to have the tool, site, or device not work as expected? Sometimes, it seems like no matter how much we prep, something is bound to go wrong. However, there are some things that ARE in our control. Let's take a brief look at the collaboration!

Accounts made for new teachers
All teachers to have access to all their digital platforms when PD starts
Find why the platforms are not Day 1 Ready
research with principals, secretaries and tech dept: DASL sync
meeting with all of the above to see what steps we can take; set up backwards timeline
put the process in place
The district has struggled with login credentials for subs for several years. With multi-factor authentication (MFA), the need for a solution flew to the top.
Login credentials for subs (email, SSO, etc.)
Ability to add subs as co-teachers or admins in various platforms
Steps to ensure that all stakeholders know the details about the teacher's absence and sub's needs
In order for this to be successful, all stakeholders must be involved:
teachers requesting the sub
principals helping to find the sub
HR for teacher/leave insurance and sub pay
tech to create and manage the sub's account
subs who will be using the technology resources
