New Editor for the Adjunctant's Journal
New web site webmaster.
Hello,
My name is Matt Schnittker and I joined the board this spring to help with I.T. and web site support as well as taking over as editor of the Adjunctant’s Journal. The first major task has been to get our web site up and running again. We’ve had some challenges with the hosting company and determining past ownership. We've had to move to a new domain: FortTejonCA.org. Thank you for coming here with us!
Personally, I’ve been attending events at the fort since 2007. My youngest son and I participated in the overnight living history experience in 2016. I also help SCVi Charter School with their annual Civil War reenactment at Ranch Camulos demonstrating Wet Plate Photography, Telegraphy, and a Live Fire range. For my day job, I work as an IT manager in the entertainment industry.
Like you, I am passionate about maintaining Fort Tejon as a centerpiece of living history. I look forward to keeping you updated on happenings at the fort.
