About Me
This is my 3rd year at Southside and 10th year in Arkansas. I previously taught 24 years in Oklahoma before crossing the border and moving to Arkansas.
My husband (Ron Lewis) is the Head Band Director at Southside and we have 2 grown children (Saxon & Kelci). I also have the cutest baby granddaughter ever (Turner)!
I coach the Southside Colorguard, sponsor Girls Who Code and have a Coding Club available to everyone. I am also very involved with NCWIT (National Center for Women & Information Technology) and have students win the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing Award every year.
I don't have much free time, but I do enjoy reading to destress and get my mind off the 1000 other things I need to be doing. 😀
