We will lift weights the days you are in session!
Mon-Tues Core Lifts = Back Squat & Bench
Wed-Thu Core Lifts = Hang Clean + Sub-core Variations
Locker Rooms will be limited, but will be available. Proper workout attire includes:
Tennis shoes
T-shirt
Athletic Shorts
If you do not bring workout clothes, you will still be asked to complete a body weight workout for that day.
5-7 minutes to get dressed from the tardy bell.
5 points per day - 25 points per week (on average) - 330 total points for 1st semester
Points can be earned back by: Running a mile or completing the indoor workout.
Medical excuses must be from a doctor. Modified workouts will be given when applicable.

You will be asked to log on to google classroom daily to get virtual instruction.
You will be asked to complete a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity daily
Complete a weekly activity form by 11:59pm on Thursday of that week!
