Dressing out is not a requirement, but is recommended.

5min to get dressed (if you chose to dress out) from the tardy bell.
We will begin each day walking the track and will progress from there as rules allow.
Points can be earned back by: Running a mile or completing the indoor workout.
Medical excuses must be from a doctor. Modified workouts will be given when applicable.
5min to get dressed before the end of class.
You will be asked to log on to google classroom daily to get virtual instruction.
You will be asked to complete a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity daily
Complete a weekly activity form by 11:59pm on Thursday of that week!
