6. Weekly & fortnightly planning will be carried out by offshore senior design engineers & team leads.

7. Monthly/Quarterly assignment progress review meeting/con-call will take place to iron out & resolve issues faced by customer.

8. Regular two way feedback mechanism and timely execution of engagement action items will help in streamline staff energy & skill in right direction to get consistent & desired results for entire outsourcing business.
