Returns

The returns workflow allows MBE centers and merchants to create a return of an original shipment that has already been created and completed with a waybill. 

There are two types of return processes:

Simple return
The simple return lets you create a draft return (not yet finalized). The original sender and receiver addresses are automatically switched by the system, without any possibility of changing them. 

To create the simple return the user can use the already existing request "ShipmentReturnRequest".

Flexible return
The flexible, or advanced, return lets you create a finalized return straight away, complete with a waybill. With this option, you can also edit the sender and recipient addresses if needed.
