Fall Precess Enrollment is Now Closed!! We have reached capacity. 

"Precess," is an optional, supervised playtime before the school day begins. This initiative aims to provide students with a positive start to their day through free play. Please review the details below.

Details of "Precess" 

● Fee: No charge 

● Start Date: Weel of September 14, 2026

○ Monday and Wednesday: K, 2, 4 

○ Tuesday and Thursday: 1, 3, 5 

● Time: 7:10am - 7:30am (students can eat breakfast at 7:30am) 

○ Students go straight to 3 - 5 playground to check in with staff. 

○ Bus riders and students arriving at the very beginning of car line will be able to participate. 

○ All students who need breakfast will be able to at 7:30. 

   ● Admission: Students will receive a laminated admission card containing a unique QR code to be used all year. On the day         of Precess, students must bring their admission card and check in with the supervising teachers upon arrival. Teachers will         scan the student’s QR code to verify admission. Students who do not have their admission card will not be permitted to   

        attend Precess that day. 

● Supervision: School Staff 

● Activities: Unstructured play, including games, sports, and social interactions on the  

   playground

● Promotes social and emotional health for students. 

● Improves focus and readiness for the school day. 

● Challenges students to think creatively and critically.

Safety and Supervision 

● Students will be supervised by school staff. 

● Staff will encourage students to work through conflict and will intervene if necessary. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. 

● Students will follow the FCS Code of Conduct and our Leader In Me behavior expectations. 

● All students participating will sign a student contract. 

● The school reserves the right to dismiss any student who does not comply with the  

   FCS Code of Conduct.

How to Register for Precess: Parents/guardians must complete the Precess Registration Form  using the Google Forms link provided below. All student registrations must be submitted through the Google Form. Please be sure to provide all requested information (Students full name, no nicknames) and submit the form by Friday, September 4th at 3:00pm. Students will receive the admission card from their homeroom teacher prior to the first day of precess.
