Talk openly and honestly about what worked and what didn't (family schedule, resources, technology).
Talk openly and honestly about learning that occurred - this is not always reflected in the grade received.
Talk about the learning experience - for example - science classes with no lab component are providing students a fraction of the entire experience.
Discuss college admissions, goals, and the uncertainty that surrounds the admissions process when "virtual course" remains on transcript post-pandemic (we don't have those answers).
Discuss friend groups and isolation (Social and Emotional/Mental Health concerns).
Discuss extracurricular component of school/admissions/goals.
Discuss your students' daily/weekly schedule while virtual.
