Students have also been practicing composing objective summaries of an informational text they've read. We'll continue practicing these skills leading up to the test on Friday, November 4th where students will demonstrate mastery over these skills. Following our Unit 2 Test, students will begin working on the writing component of this unit, where they will choose from a selection of topics, conduct short research, and compose an informational essay. More details will come as we get closer to the essay process.
