About
The Creativity Playground started in January 2022. Our goal is to expand on Kelly Mill's vision of "Making the Atypical, Typical...". We strive to provide creative opportunities for students to learn and have fun in the process. This is accomplished through a variety of resources (Osmo, Ozobots, Maker Space, Sphero, Wonder Workshop Dash and so much more). Students are challenged at their level to work collaboratively on a variety of projects. Students use the Engineering Design Process to problem solve.
We owe a "Big Thanks" to many people to make this happen. First, thank you to our wonderful administration for all their support for this exciting opportunity for staff and students. Second, thank you to our PTO and KME Families for their continued financial support and encouragement to help meet our "Dream Big" ideas. Finally, thank you to our staff for welcoming this idea. Together our staff collaborates to create the most successful and engaging lesson for our students. The end result is a place of learning that is both fun and memorable.
