We work SO HARD to share messages with families, but it can be hard to know what is coming when! Here is the overview of the HCES Communication Plan!
Monday Messengers - updates from deadlines, due dates, and previews of the week are often shared on Mondays. This email comes from the FCS Schools Messenger and you are included when you "opt in" to Messengers through Parent Portal.
Husky Herald: HCES's Newsletter comes out twice a month with updates about all things Haw Creek! This email comes through a Messenger link as well and is posted on social media when it goes live. This year's Husky Herald is a website, so you can also bookmark the page and click to check it as often as you would like.
Classroom News is shared weekly by teachers via email as well. This email is NOT a Messenger, but often comes from your teacher's email address directly. Not receiving these? Email your teacher directly to make sure you're in the know.
Canvas - Forsyth County's Learning Management System not only contains daily academic information, but teachers also share a parent connect section. You can access Canvas by logging in with your student for all things classroom related.
