Daily Routines

Students should begin logging into the computer to look over the daily assignments and check over the day's learning page no later than 8:15.

The morning session will begin promptly at 8:30, and students should be ready to participate.

It is important the the student remains in his/her home learning environment from 8:00-3:30.

Students are expected to attend all live sessions, conferences, and small group meetings each school day.

Students are expected to log into each live session with the camera on. Cameras should remain on from the beginning to the end of the live session and students should be ready to participate throughout the live session.

Attendance will be taken for all three live sessions throughout the day.

In order for a student to be considered present, they should remain an active participant from the beginning to the end of each live session with the camera on.

Nonparticipation will be marked as an absence.

Any excused absences should be communicated prior to the live session. Students will have 1 day to make up assignments for every absent day.

Assignments are given every day on the class's daily page.

Each day’s work builds upon the previous day’s learning and students need to keep up-to-date to maximize learning opportunities.

In order for teachers to have time to provide appropriate feedback to students, assignments are expected to be submitted no later than 3:30 pm the day they are assigned, unless a specific date is provided by the teacher.

Incomplete work may impact a student’s report card and academic progress.

Learning Coaches are responsible for making sure the learner understood the directions prior to completing and submitting an assignment.
