We, as AP Ambassadors, aim to cultivate a culture of excellence through student leaders; giving them the space to drive participation and improve performance not only in the classroom, but also in the community.
About Us!
The Denmark High School AP Ambassador program is comprised of ~20 current sophomores, juniors, and seniors, with the exception of one freshman nominated by their AP Human Geography teacher halfway through their freshmen year.
We aim to cultivate a culture of excellence both inside and outside of the classroom. We strive to increase AP participation and performance by encouraging AP studies and bringing a diverse group of students to the table to make sure all perspectives are heard. We give back to Denmark and the surrounding community through planning, organizing, and hosting events such as freshmen orientation, career pathway night, AP Night, Spring Fling, and much more.
We believe as AP Ambassadors we should be prepared to make an impact on the people and community we serve. We are driven by a mindset of philanthropy; constantly looking for ways to improve situations in every aspect of life and give back to our school and the community.
