Directions to sign-up for Northside Emergency Department Observation:

Step 1: You need to have an account with ACEMAPP. If you already have an account with ACEMAPP, Go to Step 2. If you don't, sign up here:

Register as a Professional/General Member

Fill out the information, you will probably have to verify your email

Step 2: Using the "Welcome Observers" form fill out the information using the link "Northside-   Shadowing request for LESS THAN 7 DAYS". 

             It can be found halfway down the page.
