Edugence Testing
You will not be able to login to Edugence if you are still using your temporary password.
Your login to Edugence should be your first initial followed by a period, your last name and the last three of your student ID (e.g. = j.doe123)
To reset your forgotten password:
(After account has been activated)
Visit MyFISD.forneyisd.net
Select “Need Help?” from above the username field
Select “Forgot My Password”
Follow the guided process to set a new password by answering your pre-set security questions.

Go to MyFISD.forneyisd.net
Login with your username and temporary password
Student usernames follow this format:
[firstInitial].[lastName][last 3 digits of Student ID]
Please note the period between the first initial and last name
Do not use your full email address, just the username portion
Temporary passwords follow this format:
Forney [Your Date of Birth]
Please note the capital F, the space after Forney, and that the format of Date of Birth is MMDDYYYY
On successful login, you will be prompted to update your password
The password requirements are visible on-screen.
Once completed, we recommend that you test your login.
Re-open MyFISD.forneyisd.net and try your username and password
On successful login, you will be prompted to set up security questions so you can recover your account if you ever forget your password
Each answer must be at least 3 characters

Pop-up on first time Chromebook Login after changing password?
After changing your FISD Account password, the next time you login to your Chromebook, it may ask you to also provide your old password. This would be the last password you used to login to this device.
You can provide your old password, or you can simply hit “forgot password” and then “proceed” and your Chromebook will let you login and re-download your FISD account data.
Chromebook Issues
All students are required to submit their help requests through the FISD Help Desk at helpdesk.forneyisd.net. This website is available from any device with an internet connection.
