What is the CLEP?
The CLEP is a 120 computer based question Spanish Language exam. The exam covers language skills usually learned from the end of the first year through the second year of college study, including listening and reading skills. The score for this exam will determine whether credit is awarded for two or four semesters. The exam is 90 minutes long and is administered in three separately timed sections.

Section 1: Listening 15%
Section 2: Listening 25%
Section 3: Reading
→Part A: Vocabulary and Structure 16%
→Part B: Cloze Passage 20%
→Part C: Reading Comprehension 24%
