INFORMATION ON HOUSING; RESOURCES

1. There is a Facebook group called "Fordham University Housing, Sublets & Roommates" that is easy to join. Fordham undergraduates and graduate students and parents and alumni post sublets, searches for roommates, etc., and there are lists of properties on this site. You might check out other facebook sites, and/or instagram, tiktok and other student social media sites where conversations about housing and searches for roommates take place. 

2. There are a number of useful Fordham websites as well that can serve as good guides to you as you navigate the process:

This is an exclusive list that is available to only Fordham's GSAS students and has proven to be a great resource. Students are given access once they confirm their intent to enroll and register. Once you have done so, email the GSC at gscouncil@fordham.edu for access).
