Beginning in their first year at Fordham, participants will wear a wrist actigraph (sleep watch) for 14 days while completing nightly surveys that will record sleep/wake times and activities, feelings, and behaviors reflecting on the previous day. Participants are also asked to complete a pre-watch survey (before the 14-day data collection), post-watch survey, and to provide hair and dried blood spot samples (during the spring semester) to measure physiological stress and biological functioning in addition to the 14 days of data collection. This routine will be the same for all four years until students have graduated college.
Please do not take the sleep watch off!!!
