Fordham Undergraduate Surgical Society provides a unique learning experience for undergraduate students by teaching and developing their surgical knowledge, suturing skills, and IV skills. Members also have the opportunity to get certified in "stop the bleed," and hear from surgeons in various specialties.

Fordham University Emergency Medical Services, (FUEMS), is Fordham's student run ambulance and emergency medical service. Through FUEMS, students can become certified ambulance drivers, EMTs, and student attendants that ride along on the ambulance. FUEMS is a great opportunity to learn many skills that will be utilized in most healthcare professions.

The mission of the Laennec Society is to promote academic excellence and provide service :
