Helping small business keep their books clean so they can focus on their clients and the face of their business. I have worked in accounting since 2013. I have played many rolls in a few offices. Some were smaller businesses others were corporate offices. I would love to help you take control of your books.
If you hate the numbers side, are just too busy, or just don't know everything that goes into it, well, you are in luck. I love numbers. I love bookkeeping and keeping everything organized. I love digging into a project looking for the numerical errors and trying to fix it and make everything balance. That is where I feel I will come in to play with you. I will help you keep your books clean and organized and most importantly, balanced
Currently working with us as part of his Co-Op program with Arab High School, he is a senior this year, graduating in May 2026. He has always been great with numbers and math. Once he graduates, we'd love for him to stay on full time and learn more about the the business and who knows, down the road, take over the family business. He, however, is looking into tech colleges to get into a great welding program and hopefully becomes a great contracted welder. So whether he decides to come on full time or go in a different direction, learning about bookkeeping and helping keep our clients' books organized and up to date is a life lesson that will always be handy.
Over the coarse of 2025 we have taken on so many new clients and couldn't be more excited to see us expand. It was just Marie in the beginning of the year and by August Kaden had come on part time to help keep work flow moving while Marie on-boarded all the new clients.
In 2026 we will be moving to an official office and hopefully will grow enough that we can hire another student in their High School Co-Op program. A student that would love an intro to the accounting world that wants to go to college for their business management degree or to be come a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
