Procedures for obtaining graduation certificates
Dear alumni
First: If you want to obtain certificates for the first time, you must.
Complete form (a).
Submit Form (A) after completing it to the Alumni Section to obtain a payment receipt for the value of the certificates, then pay it immediately, and return to the Alumni Section to deliver the payment receipt and determine the date of delivery of the certificates.
Receipt of certificates shall be in the original proof of identity (card - passport - driver's license) for the person himself or with an official power of attorney for the person acting on his behalf in receiving.
Second: - If you want to obtain certificates for you after the first time, you must.
Complete form (b).
Remember that the value of the voucher depends on the number of certificates requested.
Third: - Completing Form (C) Form 104.
It is a complete data sheet for the graduate + a personal photo of him, and the student submits to complete it in the period specified by the department for that, and it is kept in the college to ensure the data of each graduate.
The value of the form is 2.40 pounds and forty piasters. A receipt is requested from the alumni department and paid to the college treasury. Then the student delivers the receipt to the graduates along with the form and the photo.
The receipt shall be stapled with Form 104 for all students in the fourth year, and this shall be the first sheet in the file of every graduate in the college.
The graduate file at the college consists of the following documents:
Form 104 (student's name, date of birth, birthplace, ID number, and personal signature).
A copy of the high school certificate.
A copy of the birth certificate that was withdrawn from his file.
