The ASQ-3 and the ASQ:SE-2 are family-friendly questionnaires to provide you more information on your child's development. The ASQ-3 takes a look at all developmental domains and the ASQ:SE-2 looks specifically at the social-emotional domain. You may be familiar with the ASQ-3 as a tool your pediatrician may use.
Please call (802) 848-7661 for more information if you have concerns or questions about your child’s speech or language communication, motor skills, thinking and learning skills, or self-help development.
Please call the Parent Child Center at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services if you have developmental concerns about your child aged birth to three at (802) 524- 6554. You should also make your pediatrician aware of your concerns.
