SchulMart was founded in 1991 with the motto "The best store for the best students." From its initial group of fifth graders, SchulMart has expanded to have shoppers in grades three through nine. Mr. Stampy - the man, the myth, the legend - is the mythohistorical figure known to all as the founder of SchulMart.
