Drill Team

The Nation Ford High School MCJROTC Drill Team is a marching unit that performs routines based on military drills.

Cadets can perform either armed or unarmed drill during highly competitive drill competitions. The object of close order drill is to teach cadets to obey orders immediately and in the correct manner.

Close order drill in the Marine Corps is one foundation of discipline and esprit de corps, and cadets in MCJROTC can understand these values through learning Maine Corps drill.
