Dalawang DAO ang tatalakayin sa video na ito. Ang DAO 2021-17 ay naglalayong mapabilis ang pagpapatibay ng CRMF at pag-apruba sa FYWP ng mga may hawak ng CBFMA. Samantala, ang DAO No. 2021-42 naman ay naglalayong itakda ang mga criteria at proseso para sa pagpapalawak ng mga umiiral na CBFMA na sumasaklaw sa mga katabing untenured areas sa loob ng mga kagubatan para sa pamamahala, pag-unlad, pagmamantini, at proteksyon ng mga ito.

Last but not the least, tatalakayin sa video na ito ang DAO 2021-27 na naglalayong magbigay ng mga alituntunin sa pag-iisyu ng Provisional Agreement. Sakop nito ang bagong application, renewal, at/o conversion ng tenure instruments na inisyu ng DENR under the forestry sector, na na-endorso at natanggap na ng National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) para sa pag-iisyu ng kaukulang Certification Precondition (CP) at/o Certificate of Non-Overlap (CNO).
