🔥 Day 1 — Mobile Cooking & Food Truck Requirements

A full-day course designed to help you:

• Understand how fire suppression systems operate and why they matter
• Learn how to apply NFPA 17A and NFPA 96 to real food truck operations

A focused course helping attendees:

• Learn how lithium-ion batteries work and why they pose unique hazards
• Understand thermal runaway and how to recognize early warning signs
• Learn how to apply NFPA requirements for battery systems and ESS installations
• Understand key inspection points for battery-powered devices and equipment
• Learn how to evaluate charging setups and identify unsafe conditions
• Understand how to spot listing conflicts and improper or uncertified installations
• Understand battery related signs to look for during fire investigations
• Understand emerging battery technology trends and safety concerns
• Learn how to reduce risks in residential and commercial environments
• Understand practical prevention steps to reduce battery-related fires
