As Project Coordinator of the SpeedyFermHub project, Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM) has recently participated in the 5ᵗʰ FutureFoodS Governing Board meeting, held from June 16–18 at CIHEAM Bari, Italy.
The event marked a major milestone: the official launch of the second phase of the FutureFoodS European partnership and the joint kick-off of 23 new co-funded research projects, including SpeedyFermHub. Far from a mere administrative meeting, the three-day event featured intensive work package workshops, site tours, and an expert-led public round-table focused on aligning stakeholders to accelerate European food system transitions.
